❌ Lifetime deal at risk – caught in the middle, no real support
I purchased GoZen Forms via AppSumo in December 2022. Now, more than two years later, I’ve been told my account will be deleted within hours.
- GoZen says it’s AppSumo’s fault for not paying.
- AppSumo says it’s GoZen’s fault for violating terms and trying to steal customers.
In the middle of this, I’ve contacted GoZen multiple times through their support chat — my messages were seen, but I’ve never received a reply. Appsumo don't reply to my email.
Incredible. Meanwhile… I’m the one who paid.
I trusted both companies. I’m the one left without access, no protection, and no support.
I’ve built business-critical tools on GoZen, and now I’m being punished for a conflict I didn’t create. This isn’t how “Lifetime” should work. This isn’t how trust is built.
Is this the kind of risk we have to accept every time we trust a Lifetime deal?
