I picked up GoZen to see if I could replace Wufoo forms, initially just with some simple contact forms for a few e-commerce sites. I never liked the look of the built-in ones.

We use Zendesk as well for our help desk software and GoZen does appear to integrate with that, however in their setup area, one section asking for a URL won't accept any entry...can't paste or type anything into the box, and therefore we can't get the two to integrate. Support from GoZen was quick to reply but after two weeks or so, it still hasn't been fixed.

Alternatively, I asked if a contact form could be simply integrated with an email address...much like most other form builders will do. Apparently, that's not possible either...which is odd because it's such a simple integration.

For form creation it no doubt can handle some very complex arrangements...but it's a shame some simple things have been overlooked. We'll hang in there a while longer to see if it gets resolved...the forms look good and the setup is easy so it would be worth keeping.
