They had great potential, but...
After more than a year of using it, after purchasing it via Appsumo, not a single new feature has been implemented.
I’ve always had issues accessing the platform. Support sometimes didn’t respond at all, or would get back to me after weeks.
Now, after over a year, I suddenly found all my forms blocked because, according to them, Appsumo didn’t pay them their commissions — so Gozen thought it was a good idea to shut down the accounts of all customers who came through Appsumo. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had ad campaigns running that pointed to the questionnaire, and they changed the rules without any warning.
Terrible experience from our point of view.
We didn’t receive any email notifying us about the issue.
And the most absurd part?
They said that if we wanted to have the forms working again, we’d need to pay for an additional subscription (on top of the lifetime deal we already paid for, which was supposed to give lifetime access). I ended up paying for the subscription, and what happened? The forms are still blocked, and support doesn’t reply.
Even worse, on the support chat it says “I’m here 24/7.” Feels like a bad joke.
