If you ever run into a problem, don’t bother asking for help—because you won’t get any. Not “bad” support. Not “slow” support. Zero. They will flat-out ignore you. On a rare occasion, you might get a “we’re looking into it” reply—but don’t be fooled. No one follows up, no one resolves anything, and no one cares.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, they randomly locked and closed all my forms. I woke up to angry texts from clients who couldn’t access their check-in links. I reopened the forms… only for them to be locked again a few days later. This time? I can’t unlock them at all. They’re just gone. Closed.

This is hands down the worst AppSumo purchase I’ve ever made. Now I have to spend 40+ hours rebuilding every client, lead, and sales form—plus redoing all my Airtable and Zapier automations that were integrated with GoZen.

I’m appalled by the total lack of support, accountability, and integrity from this company. Do not trust them with your business.
