Q: You are no longer honoring terms of lifetime deal, so please refund me
I purchased this product and now I am receiving a notification (in Gozen Growth) that you will no longer honor the lifetime deal with Appsumo. The fact that you no longer find an agreement is not my concern, so I would like to receive a refund from Gozen or Appsumo for this product, of which one or both of you are not fulfilling the agreements anymore. I’m not interested in reasons why, but the product no longer works or delivers so I want my money back.

I paid for tier 4. GoZen tried to get me to ask for a refund within the 60 day window and they were going to "sell" me the same capability for $20 less or something. I refused to do so because that's fraudulent and dishonest. Now they have downgraded me and a whole bunch of other people to the "free" tier.
Nowhere does it specify that you need to purchase an additional add-on for email verification. All my emails come from my own database, yet I can't use the platform because it keeps showing an error due to this email validation requirement.
The license is useless unless you buy the add-on to validate them.
On top of that, customer support is terrible. I deeply regret buying this. Save yourself the headache and don’t do it.
