Useless
Had used Optinly from the Gozen team and was quite happy.
Bought Growth, never really got it to work, talked with support multiple times.
Wanted to auto import emails collected in Optinly to Growth, which wasn't possible.
Finally got did a manual import of all emails from Optinly and now they want us to pay to verify all emails at an obscene cost. This essentially renders the product useless.

Basic Bug Can't Be Fixed
I gave GoZen Growth a long try. They had a very basic bug with the button feature in the email. I have been talking to their support team for almost a year and they are unable to fix it. If you try to add a button to an email the text gets dramatically distorted, re-formatted and the word "Button" gets added to the text you add. They continue to state that the bug is now fixed, when its not, a few months go by and they state they just fixed it. I am trying a different email marketing system because they can't fix this most basic feature in their system.

Waste of time and money.
If it seems "too good to be true", it is. I've worked for months now trying to integrate the DNS settings, and even had professional help who said it was broken and almost impossible. "Support" just refers you to outdated videos that I already looked at with no help. Yet another startup that doesn't work, and is a waste of money.

Don't Waste Your Money
First off, Email Campaigns don't work. They say sent but never actually do send. Their SMTP doesn't link with Exchange Server for O365. The lists for your contacts don't integrate with the campaigns like advertised. Overall the tool is a broken mess that only partially works half of the time.
Lastly, I'll add that they keep releasing other tools and completely ignoring the one's they created before. So if you buy anything from GoZen, be sure to get what you need out of it in the first few months as they will not support things after their next new tool is released.
Their support team is non existent and I would go into more detail about that but AppSumo is trash and won't let me speak about that side of things. You can get the details on a more mature review site.

Promising Software but not there yet
It's a promosing software. And seems like a genuine team.
However, there are a lot of misses on the software side.
> Consolidated inbox is not there yet. Team said that they are working on it.
> Emails go out randomly at any random time instead of specified time. Even their tech team doesn't understand way. When we schedule emails, we really don't know when they will be sent.
> Some software bugs here and there.
Note: Still decided to bet on them and see how they improve over time.
