It's not working properly (the super basic prompt isn't being followed at all). Exact same prompt worked flawlessly with a competitor's extension, which it looks like I'll have to buy after I get a refund on this one. Live chat is not live at all. Email support hasn't responded. Wondering if this project has just been abandoned.
