Grab Your Reviews has somehow downgraded my AppSumo plan

I bought this product in the fall of 2022, and it had been working perfectly until recently. Sure, there were website widgets that were advertised as "Coming Soon" and that have yet to arrive more than 18 months later.

But what bothers me the most is that recently, my level 3 license, which entitles me to "White Labeling" of the service, has suddenly decided it will start showing the Grab Your Reviews "powered-by" logo at the bottom of my website widget. This is contrary to their commitment, and they have yet to respond to a request left on their help page. I cannot be the only one to complain about this, but since this is a SaaS service, they should have had this issue corrected by now.

So, I give 5-tacos for the product, and deduct 2 tacos for the apparent downgrade in service and lack of responsiveness to my support request.

Great Tool to Increase Reviews

I have gained so many positive reviews for my business since implementing this tool with my invoices and presenting them to our customers. There were some sync issues initially, but those were resolved after a few days.

I sent an email to support twice regarding a feature that is available to create a unique QR code for team members but never received a response back. I was able to create a unique QR code for my employees to show customers when completing service, which is great. The only issue is there is no way to track which unique code was used for incoming reviews. I have incentivized my team each time they receive a review, but it would be nice if the unique codes could be tracked from the dashboard. I hope that this gets implemented one day soon.

Promising

This app does just about everything other reputation management apps out there do. From review collection, client dashboards, to marketing tools (i.e. widgets, social sharing).
Yes, it's a bit rough around the edges and I can see the team is working on improving the overall product.
Overall, it does the main things right and I've had no issues (so far) in adding different company profiles, embedding review widgets, and setting up review collection landing pages. It's been an excellent addition to my collection of agency tools!

I'm not sure what there is to like about this one.

I've connected the app to Google, WeddingWire, and The Knot. All three are on their supported platforms list. I have many reviews on all three sites, but GYR hasn't pulled any of them. I've had a couple of correspondences with support, but this tool seems to be more marketing fluff than reality. It's been seven days. If things don't get better, I'll be requesting a refund.

We are currently facing some issue with WeddingWire and The Knot platform to aggregate reviews and we did updated all our customers about this. We are working hard to get them back up once the issue is resolved.

Be assured we are working towards adding more and more platforms to the list that we can aggregate reviews from.

Slow customer service, and I couldn't buy level 2

Hello, I'm here to request a refund for this product, first I could never go to level 2, it stopped me in the payment and it gave me an error, I asked support for help and it took them a long time to give me any solution, now I asked for a refund for the third time and nothing, I want someone to help me Help with the refund here since I don't get an answer.
