Q: Lifetime License - Grabsign not working.
I have been using Grabsign since 2022. I am unable to login to the account since last 2 days. I am getting the following message. I had purchased a Lifetime License.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I even tried going to their website. Even that doesnt work. Has the company closed their operations.

I just Google GrabSign and it said the company is closed. I guess "lifetime access" means the company's lifetime.

Q: Is GrabSign lifetime through AppSumo still being supported?
I've been very happy with GrabSign & the lifetime deal through AppSumo (purchased March 2023). I don’t send contracts often, so it’s been working great.
However, I couldn’t log in on 7/28 or 7/29/25 despite many tries. I tried to contact Grabsign support via their contact form & email - no reply. I was finally able to log in on 7/30 & sent my contract.

Same. I logged in 8/13/25 and created a doc signing. When I tried to login later to check the tracking, the screen kept prompting for login email/pw. I tried again 12 hours later and still can’t get past the login screen. The system did send a reset pw when I tried that.
This is the first time it’s happened. Any idea on what’s going on at grabsign?

Same problem. last night it kept refreshing the login screen. I filled out the contact form on their contact page with no response. today the site won't even load. it did once with same issue as the night before and I tried the contact form again but it wouldn't work either. Now 3:15 and the site won't load. I emailed [email protected] but no response.
