A: Hey there!
1- Grain is excellent for tracking any website or web application through our lightweight SDK or CDN snippet. We do not have native mobile SDKs for iOS or Android at the moment, but these are planned and you can vote for them on our feedback hub at feedback.grainql.com.
If you'd like to see mobile tracking, make sure to give that feature request a upvote (that's how we prioritize...
While Plerdy focuses on SEO audits and heatmaps, Grain is an AI-native platform designed to tell you why and how visitors convert. Our AI assistant, Kai, proactively surfaces friction points and conversion hubs in your user journeys so you can fix drop-offs faster.
Plerdy is an excellent choice for tracking how your ad spends and campaigns are returning to you but Grain analyzes...
Hi, I own a hosting service and I would like to know if you offer whitelabel. Also, I would like to know about the limits, how much cost to buy more. Thanks.

A: Hi there.
We don't offer white label at the moment. However, we could potentially have a white-label or resell collaboration based on the opportunity.
Every tier gets unlimited websites and is only bound by MAU (monthly active users) limit that is shared across websites in an account.
You can add me on LinkedIn or mail me at eray@grainql.com to talk further about resell options.
Q: What is a Kai credit? And what constitutes a use?
Hi there,
How do you define a CHI credit, and what constitutes a use, please? Is an individual use a single question? So that really means I can only use the platform 5 times a week for ML-driven queries?
Would you consider adding "Bring Your Own LLM Key" to the lower tiers? It wouldn't cost you anything and would be quite useful as a user.
Thanks! Peter

A: Hey there, credit usage depends on the model preferences.
Auto mode (default) consumes 0.33 credit per request. That means a tier 1 user can make 5 x 3 = 15 queries weekly, assuming they consumed 50 initial credits (150 queries) High mode (better models) consumes 1 credit per request.
1 For each lifetime tier on AppSumo (Tier 1–6), how many domains are included? Does each license tier allow tracking on a set number of domains, or is it unlimited per tier?” 2 In our setup we have a main domain (e.g., example.com) plus several subdomains (e.g., shop.example.com, blog.example.com). Are subdomains treated as part of the main domain for tracking purposes, or do they count as separate domains? Thanks

A: Hey there.
1 - We offer UNLIMITED websites on every plan. Just look out for the MAU (monthly active user) limit, which is shared across your websites.
2 - You can do both. I'd recommend setting your subdomains in the same workspace for better tracking and session-journey handling. Just add your other domains in the Allowed Origins list in the settings and add the same snippet to your...
