Q: For SAAS platforms as well? Or just websites. Or both?
Hi there, I just wanted to know if this is for websites, or if you can use it for SAAS platforms, or perhaps even both - and how that would work. Thanks!

A: Hey there! Grain is designed for both standard websites and SaaS platforms.
For Websites: You can get up and running in minutes using our CDN script tag or dedicated plugins for WordPress, Shopify, and GTM to track visitor journeys, conversions, heatmaps, and core metrics. You can use Grain Studio to add trackers (by visually choosing buttons and interactions to track)
Wil grain track users from social media pages. If they cam to your site thru there

A: Hey! Our attribution system tracks referrals, UTM params, ad attributions, and first touch source. You can see (or ask Kai) where your visitors come from and it will help you break traffic and conversions down by referring site (Instagram, Facebook, X etc.), ad campaign ID (if available), and keywords for some platforms. You can also embed UTM parameters in the URLs you share, to track custom...
Is this integrated with woocommerce and can track "add to cart", "checkout", "success", and track value of the products etc?
How does this fetch the data? Can this work server side?

A: Hey! We just shipped bunch of features today including: Grain Studio, Wordpress plugin (with Woocommerce integration), and Kai 2.0.
New Grain Wordpress plugin automatically detects your Woocommerce store and tracks events related to products, carts, checkouts, and more. Grain can ingest events from both client and server side. Plugin will attach hooks and callbacks to your website to...
A: Hey there! Rybbit is a great open-source choice for visual traffic monitoring and session replays (although session replays are not available in the AppSumo deal). Mostly placed as a cookieless Google Analytics alternative. We use cookieless tracking as well.
Grain is an AI-native growth platform focused on "Answers"—our AI analyst, Kai, proactively identifies friction points and suggests...
I purchased Rybbit and I like it but Grain is easier to understand and it has some unique features so I’m switching. They are both great tools though. Let me know what you decide.
I''ll give Rybbit a try first then Grain later. Rybbit doesn't have a heatmap though right now, Grain has it from tier 2, plus it provides analysis too.
Is this for clients for gated private views? or internal team members with permissions? Not seeing on your main site.

A: Hi. Seats are used for teammates you can invite to your Grain workspaces. If your plan has 3 seats, you can invite 2 distinct users to your workspaces (+ youR account). If Person A is invited to multiple workspaces you own, they will only be counted against one seat (we count unique users across your workspaces).
