First and foremost; the support from Eray (and the others) is exceptional.

The dashboard is less confusing than I feared (I really am not a fan of analytics) and the ability to configure or get an enterprising young engineer (thanks, Cursor!) to configure various events on the front-end and back-end is awesome - regardless of the platform used. The documentation is robust and well fleshed-out.

I haven't had enough traffic to warrant asking its AI tool any questions (I could ask it "how long was I browsing my own site" but that seems foolish) however we're off to a stellar start, and I really look forward to everything Grain brings to the table now - and will continue to bring into the future!
