I used to host my site on WordPress. For sure, WordPress can give you all the bells and whistles you need to build anything from your first to your 500th website. But the cost starts to ratchet up once you factor in additional plugins and hosting.

So, I decided to try the Grigora lifetime deal a while back. It's a pretty intuitive website builder, and it includes newsletter capabilities, though I'm still using VBOUT for this because I don't think Grigora can generate nurture sequences yet. Hopefully that's in the pipeline, because I find VBOUT really unintuitive and clunky, even with Claude helping me.

Grigora also has an MCP connector that lets me use Claude to create and add webpages and posts. So I can use the built-in AI to help generate webpages, or I can use my Claude subscription, which I tend to do because it can generate posts by referring to my Karpathy-style wiki on my hard drive.

Recently, Grigora added new SEO and GEO analysis to help identify issues; it is in beta but already helpful.

The AI features are useful. You can easily link pages, and it can also help generate alt image text. Grigora AI can also generate blog posts (though I haven't used it for that), and it has an AI image generator, which I also haven't tried in a while because I use Nano Banana with my Gemini Workspace account. That's less convenient, but it helps me maintain brand consistency. The AI tools can also generate FAQs or turn a video into a blog post for you.

The team is very responsive to feedback and super helpful when you contact them about issues with your sites. They're also frequently building new features and improving the user interface.

It was a great deal when I bought it, and it still is.

I just wish the Grigora team would use their AI to help work on their own copy and training, because I think it could help with identifying benefits rather than features and improve their marketing. Right now, it's a super little gem but it's more of a secret than it ought to be.

They had a huge selection of templates for various industries and niches which made it easier to get the new build ready.

Had to get used to the workflow cos editing the html was a bit tedious at first

I’ve been using Grigora for over a year, and I’m really impressed by how much it has improved during that time. The development team is incredibly responsive, whether you reach out through chat, see their updates on social media, or receive their email updates. Whenever I’ve run into an issue, I’ve usually heard back within a day or less.

There was a bit of a learning curve when I first started building my website, but I find the process much simpler now, and much easier than using WordPress. Grigora also includes built in SEO tools that let me review how my website is performing.

If you're thinking of building a website, I would highly recommend Grigora.

I purchased Grigora thinking, "cool I will be able to save on hosting some smaller websites", In the end I transferred many of my websites over. The system went from quite basic to a powerhouse and honestly it just keeps getting better and better.

The support is next level as well, I mention bugs and it seems like within a few days they not only fix the bugs but also introduce new features.

The amount of updates are sometimes hard to keep up with and that is a positive thing, because honestly it is a pleasure to see them and how much the platform is evolving.

It's simple to run, much easier than wordpress and other platforms but you have everything that you need really to build a site and sell things online.

If you haven't purchased Grigora yet, you are missing out, Like honestly, honestly missing out. Yes there are still bugs, yes there are still features missing, but knowing how Karan and the team work, I can imagine it's just a matter of time before they get patched.

Already upgraded my plan and I happily leave reviews anywhere I can.

This tool was already impressive on its own, but adding the MCP integration, especially the ability to connect through Claude, has truly been a game changer for me. I intentionally purchased more accounts than I initially expected to use, anticipating that the product might not return to AppSumo.
