The quick answer is that we are not able to fully confirm if Growify is GDPR-compliant because it depends on how the end customer implements the software.
For example, the end customer would need to configure pop-ups that ask users to accept the tracking pixel collecting information - similar to other tracking pixels.
On our side, we take data privacy seriously and ensure that all customer data is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR regulations.
As part of our onboarding process, we also provide a data processing agreement that outlines how data is managed and what rights apply.
We hope this helps clarify that Growify's side is GDPR complaint but it depends on the customer following correct implementation practices in order to confirm compliance is correctly set up on all sides.

Q: Does the monthly visitor limit apply to all features?
I bought Tier 1. Each one of my clients has 50k+ visitors per month. Does this mean Google/Meta and other reporting will stop after the 10k visitor limit? Or does this apply to certain features?

Great question! 🙌 Monthly visitors are tracked as website page loads using the Growify PowerPixel, which pertains to visitors to the websites connected to Growify Pixel.
If you exceed your plan’s monthly visitor limit, Growify will pause attribution tracking, but all other features (like Creative Insights, Dashboard metrics, Google/Meta ad reporting, and multi-channel analytics) will continue to function normally.
