Q: How can we buy confidently higher tier if answer IS issues BUT "we’ve welcomed a surge of new users and..."?

Would like to buy a higher tier BUT can't when USER overload is said to be the reason ... for ALL the issues? That does not seem to be best practices nor fair to current users. What's the hurry here? Get it right with the current USER LOAD so we can going forward buy with confidence, please. Your software may turn out to be the best ever BUT can we really "try" that in production? Thanks
