If the visitor limit is set to 10,000, does that mean any data beyond this number of visitors will not be available? Could you please explain how this works?

A: Hi there! Thanks for your question! 🙌

Monthly visitors are tracked based on page loads using the Growify PowerPixel—this means any time a visitor loads a page on a website where the Growify Pixel is installed, it counts toward your monthly limit.

If you exceed the monthly visitor limit on your plan, Growify will temporarily pause attribution tracking. However, you’ll still have full access to all other features, including your Dashboard metrics, Creative Insights, multi-channel analytics, and etc.

Hope this clears things up! Let us know if you have more questions.

In regards to tracking page loads, how does a visitor get recorded for a revisit? Is there a cached time frame? Example. visitor stops on landing page. Leaves landing page .. comes back to the landing page 20 mins later. Is this recorded by the superpixel as 1 visit or 2 visits no matter the time frame involved? Is there an indication this is a targeted re-visit? Thanks.
