First, What happens if you go over your monthly visitor allowance?

If you approach or exceed your plan’s monthly visitor limit, tracking may pause until the next billing cycle resets or until you upgrade to a higher tier. We don’t automatically charge overage fees.

To continue uninterrupted tracking, you would need to upgrade to the next tier that supports higher monthly session capacity.

Second, What is the pricing to add more?

Visitor capacity increases by upgrading tiers. Each tier includes a higher monthly visitor limit. At the moment, we don’t offer standalone add-on visitor packs — capacity scales by plan level.

Third, Can you set a monthly tracking amount per client?

Currently, there isn’t a built-in feature to cap or allocate a specific visitor limit per workspace/client. All workspaces under your account draw from your total monthly visitor allowance.

However, since workspaces are separate, you can monitor usage per client manually and manage allocation operationally.

But there is no higher monthly tier if you bought tier 3 or above here? The highest tier on your site is only 100k/month.
