I operate in the EU market and, like my colleagues, we have the absolute need to have certainties on data processing, the sanctions are very heavy and we cannot take risks for ourselves and our customers.
So you are totally, fully compliant with the GDPR that regulates the EU market?

The quick answer is that we are not able to fully confirm if Growify is GDPR-compliant because it depends on how the end customer implements the software.
For example, the end customer would need to configure pop-ups that ask users to accept the tracking pixel collecting information - similar to other tracking pixels.
On our side, we take data privacy seriously and ensure that all customer data is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR regulations.
As part of our onboarding process, we also provide a data processing agreement that outlines how data is managed and what rights apply.
We hope this helps clarify that Growify's side is GDPR complaint but it depends on the customer following correct implementation practices in order to confirm compliance is correctly set up on all sides.
