We’re continuously improving the platform but also need to stay focused. That means we can’t always dedicate dozens of hours to custom troubleshooting or build every feature request immediately. Instead, we prioritize updates that add the most value for the majority of users while providing support through documentation and guidance to keep development moving forward.

That means that we try our best to point customers towards the right support documents and guides and answer general questions. It also means that if customers ask us to spend a dozen hours troubleshooting their pixel installation or installing code for them, that is something we are unable to do.
