This is the third time I'm trying the Growify app. And I'll not refund the purchase this time. It finally looks like legit and functioning software.

Below are the issues I hope the Growify team can help to solve:
1. Shorten the sync time. I notice the time lag between Growify and Meta dashboard. Most of the competitors, like TripleWhale and Attribuly, provide real-time reporting. And the Last Update time in the Dashboard section should be the same timezone of the Workspace setting. However, based on my observation, it displays the timezone where the Growify team is located.
2. For the creative section. The system will encounter a "fail to load" error, like another commenter mentioned.

From a seasoned media buyer standpoint, here are my suggestions:
1. Focus on the accuracy of tracking, not AI prediction or optimization. I brought this deal to act as a judge to determine which ad channel brings the order. If the answer is clear, I know where to add the ad budget.
2. For the dashboard section, please allow customization. If Growify can display profit metrics like TrueProfit, this function alone will be a killer feature.

I would suggest that all small e-commerce business owners purchase and utilize Growify. For one monthly subscription fee, Growify helps you make media buyer decisions. It justifies its cost.
