Horrible
There's truth to the other 1-star reviews. We had high hopes for this app. We linked Shopify, Google, and Facebook, and installed the "Power Pixel." However, we noticed the timezone was incorrect, and there was no option in the app to change it. The data from Shopify orders and filtering results by yesterday was unresponsive. We reached out to support, but it was nonexistent. There is no clear indication of how much store traffic has been used, and the app displays traffic as $...? The concept is good, but there is still a long way to go to fix all the bugs...

There was a delay in our data pipelines yesterday, and you most likely tried to use the platform during this delay. This issue has now been fixed.
You are correct regarding the time zones - we don't currently offer the ability to change time zones, but we are aware of this feature request and working hard to release this feature soon.
Our support team is working overtime to resolve all requests within 12 hours.
We feel like your 1-star review is super harsh and unfair, though.
We are working very hard to provide huge value to AppSumo users by offering a very complex multi-channel marketing analytic software at very affordable pricing, when other competitors (like Hyros, Northbeam, TripleWhale) charge thousands of dollars per year for similar software.
Therefore, we would really appreciate it if you could retry the platform, and it would mean the world to us if you could update your review to be more fair. This would help us to continue to grow and improve Growify, so it's a win-win for everyone!
