I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of Growify on AppSumo
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of Growify on AppSumo. The main reason for my frustration is the total lack of customer support. I have tried reaching out through their chat support several times and have left my email for follow-up, but I never received any response or assistance at all. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic support when I encounter problems or have questions — unfortunately, Growify provides none.
The official tutorials for WordPress integration are also vague and unclear, especially the final step for connecting to WordPress and WooCommerce. The documentation simply tells you to use a third-party plugin like HFCM and copy-paste scripts, but it does not provide a clear or practical guide for real-world WooCommerce setups. If you’re using a customized checkout flow or plugins like CartFlows, you’re completely on your own — there are no relevant examples, troubleshooting steps, or compatibility notes.
It feels like the developers did not bother to properly test or support the WordPress/WooCommerce integration. Users are left to figure out technical details such as selectors, order data, or where to place tracking scripts. If your store is even a little different from their assumptions, you’re stuck — and since support never replies, you have nowhere to turn for help.
I have wasted so much time trying to get Growify to work with WooCommerce and CartFlows. Even after following every step in their documentation, conversion tracking is inconsistent or missing entirely, and no one from Growify has reached out to help or even acknowledge my requests for support. For a product that promises easy integration and conversion tracking, this is unacceptable.
If you are considering Growify for WordPress or WooCommerce, be warned: there is absolutely no support, the documentation is insufficient for most practical scenarios, and their team does not follow up even if you leave your email in chat. I regret my purchase and cannot recommend this app to anyone who values real support or reliable tracking.
Save your money and avoid Growify if you want actual customer service and functional documentation. This app is not ready for serious WordPress/WooCommerce store owners.

As we clearly state in our documentation, and as we communicated to you as well, if you need to customize the script outside of the standard integrations, it requires basic Javascript knowledge or a developer to assist.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm that our support team responded to your inquiries on multiple occasions — including on August 7th — providing documentation links and guidance for manual setup. However, as noted in our documentation, custom integrations such as WooCommerce setups using CartFlows or heavily modified checkout templates require basic JavaScript knowledge (or assistance from a developer) to correctly implement custom selectors and event tracking.
Growify’s default scripts are designed to work out-of-the-box with standard WordPress/WooCommerce installations, but CartFlows modifies checkout and thank-you page structures, which means those users must manually identify and map their own element selectors for accurate order tracking.
That said, we completely understand that this process can be challenging for non-technical users, and we take your feedback seriously. We’ve since started improving our documentation and adding clearer examples for advanced WooCommerce setups — including CartFlows compatibility guidance — to make the process more accessible.
