I recently purchased Growify and the experience was been disappointing.

1. The plans are based on visits, but you cannot see your usage in the account. Seems crazy to pay for visits but you can't see how many visits you've used.

2. Biggest issue: I only connected Google/Facebook and my attribution is giving conversions to Shopify.... They say you can use this for any platform, but obviously something is wrong.

3. Attribution is giving referral traffic always as "direct".

4. Chat support with "Apple" has been frustrating. For example in the middle of a conversation with an immediate response, just disappears and stops responding. Says there's a ticket open, but there's nowhere to see any tickets. If i ask more than one question at a time, only one question gets answered and the other ignored.

5. Right on the Appsumo page, theres a "Predict ad performance" forecast showcase that isn't in the dashboard.

Some big red flags, but hopeful in some quick updates. I would love to see this platform perform as expected and will update my review accordingly.
