Tool is glitchy and ultra slow support
Had a tier 3 for two weeks now. Still waiting on the Dev team to fix an issue with displaying Google Ads data. The tool is promising but the Google integration is glitchy and it falls constantly. Support is ultra slow with no clear response on to when to expect solution. This makes the tool unreliable.

Since then, the Google Ads integration has been significantly stabilized and data syncing reliability has been improved across accounts. We also now have a dedicated support team with consistent 24 hour responses so issues are handled much faster and with clearer timelines.
