Growify currently works without Shopify or Klaviyo. In fact, all you need is a Meta Ads or Google Ads account to work properly.

I believe your issue is that you did not see that when you click the connect button, a pop-up browser window opens to connect your Meta Ads account - exactly like any other app that connects to Meta or Google Ads accounts.

You may need to enable pop-ups or check your windows to make sure you look behind your browser window to see the pop-up window.
