Q: Why are some German voices from the demo page missing in license level 4?
Great product, but I think one thing is a pity, because that's what convinced me.
I tried out a few models for the German language on the website https://gspeech.io/?utm_source=appsumo.com. I really liked the voices of Amelie and Maximilian, but also Sophia, Emma and Jonas.
After I bought license level 4 and installed the WordPress plugin, I was unfortunately unable to select these voices. Why are these voices available in the demo site but not in the plugin?

We decided to make them available for our AppSumo users as well. To allow that, we are integrating an AI credits system, which will apply TTS ratio, based on selected TTS model. It will be ready soon.
Before that, I moved you to our standard plan, so you can use all voices.
They are unlocked now. You will need to re-connect to cloud console, and clear browser cache, to load them.

How is the AI credits system different from the AI characters quota? Please elaborate AI character cost in credits for Polyglot voices. How many free credits are provided per month with each plan?
The AI credits system is designed to give AppSumo users access to all our voices, including 100+ upcoming voice styles. To enable this, we are integrating a TTS ratio that depends on the selected voice type. Exact rates are not available at this time—they will be announced once the integration is complete.
