Q: API Access, Traditional Chinese Support, and Automation Workflow Inquiries

Hi Unmixr Team, I'm an AI instructor looking to use Unmixr for automated lead magnet workflows. A few questions before I buy:

API Access: Which Tiers include API? Are API quotas separate or shared with the web-app?

Character Limit: Is there still a 2,000-char limit per API generation? Any plans to increase this or support Webhooks for long-form content?

Traditional Chinese (Taiwan): Do you...

A: Hi,

Thanks for your questions.

First, just to clarify - this is GSpeech, not Unmixr 🙂

API Access
At the moment, GSpeech does not provide a public API for direct integration.

Character Limits / Long-form
Currently, generation is optimized for website-based audio. However, we are releasing a new TTS generator very soon that will allow using your full available credits for long-form content...

A: Hello,

At the moment, we are not planning a dedicated iPhone app.

GSpeech already includes a TTS Generator, but right now it has a text length limit per request. We are currently working on a new version of the generator that will let you use your full plan limit much more freely for personal text-to-audio use. This update is planned within the next 2 weeks.

So in short:

No iPhone app is...

Q: Can you fully explain the difference between AI Credits and Non-AI Credits?

Can you fully explain the difference between AI Credits and Non-AI Credits?

I'd like to know what uses AI Credits and what uses Non-AI Credits? If you have this fully explained somewhere, please provide me a link to this or you can explain it here. Also, do you have a video that would explain the difference?

I'm curious to understand when I would be using Non-AI Credits and when I would be using AI Credits. Can you clearly and fully explain this?

Thanks,
Gary Gordon

A: Hello,

Great question - here’s a clear explanation:

AI Credits
Used advanced AI voices (human-like, with better pronunciation and emotion).
This is the highest quality output in GSpeech.

Non-AI Credits
Used standard machine-based voices. Typically, there is one basic voice per language.
They are more simple and less natural, but still perfectly usable.

How it works

If you have AI Credits...

Q: Couple of questions. 1. Can we allow only a certain number of credits per website, per month?

Couple of questions.

1. Can we allow only a certain number of credits per website, per month?
I want to be able to restrict the usage, on a site by site basis, to be able to use a certain number of credits?

2. Can we purchase additional credits (during any month) if we need additional credits for one or more of our websites?
For example, if site a, is restricted to 10,000 credits per month,...

A: Hello,

Great questions.

1. Currently, the credit limit is applied at the account level, not per website. However, we are already working on adding per-website limits with a master account system. This will allow you to control usage for each site individually. We expect this to be available within the next couple of months, as it has been requested by other users as well.

2. Yes, you can...

Q: API Usage?

Do you have any plans to offer API access as an option?
I’m working on a personal project where the idea is to use text-to-speech as the output for a response. That’s why I’m wondering if you plan to include API access within the AppSumo plans, or if the service will only work on web pages?

A: Hello,

API access is planned, but not in the immediate future.

When it becomes available, we will also provide it to AppSumo users, possibly with different terms depending on usage.

For now, the product is focused on website integration and upcoming standalone TTS generator features.

Thanks! :)
