Q: Why was there no response to my second and third emails about excluding content?

I was planning to purchase a Tier 3 plan after testing the free version on my website. I asked Simon a question via support chat about excluding specific content in Gspeech. His response was vague and rushed, leaving me unclear on how to proceed.

This functionality was simple in Play.HT, a similar program I purchased on Appsumo previously. I’ve since sent two follow-up emails requesting more detailed instructions, as the Gspeech website lacks comprehensive training docs—only a general overview video.

I understand this is a launch and things may be hectic, but when a potential customer asks a question with intent to purchase, a timely response is expected.

A: Hello Raoohl,

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the delayed response - you’re absolutely right to expect timely and clear support, especially when you’re considering a purchase.

We’ve been in the middle of a major launch, which caused some delays on our side, but that’s not an excuse for leaving your questions unanswered.

Regarding excluding content - this is fully supported in GSpeech. You can simply add the class "nospeech" to any element that should not be included in the audio.

Additionally, there is an “Exclude Content” option in the settings, where you can define specific selectors or elements to be excluded globally.

Also I will personally answer to your ticket now.
