The product itself is excellent—powerful, well-designed, and genuinely useful—but what really sets GSpeech apart is the superior customer support. Their team went above and beyond to help me, and you can tell they truly care about their customers and want them to succeed.

It’s rare to find a company that combines an awesome product with this level of personal attention and support. Instead of simply answering a question and moving on, they took the extra steps needed to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely taken care of.

That kind of service makes a huge difference.

If you’re considering GSpeech, I highly recommend it. Between the quality of the product, the features, and the outstanding support team, this has been an incredible value and one of my favorite AppSumo purchases to date.

5 tacos without hesitation!

I've experienced a variety of text to audio apps and software and understand the process flow. Other than the obvious perks such as on the spot user selectable language and voice toggles, what intrigues me the most about GSpeech is the way it shifts the entire audio production process. There will always be a need for the standard downloadable "hard copy on a server" mp3s and GSpeech does that. Where they really shine is the dynamic nature of being able to simply change text and walk away. Their system watches for text and re-renders in the background. Usually that's a tedious and time consuming manual process using something like elevenlabs. Of course the voice configuration is limited, but GS has several high quality voices with even more coming soon.

My only negative being lack of sufficient instruction (whatever form). They do provide the basics, but its shallow. Its easy enough to get the app to work on a fundamental level, but a lot of the mapping logic is not necessarily conventional or quickly discernable. It takes a bit of trial and error to understand connection flow, especially related to custom widgets, text location config or really using anything that is not a default setting. Chat and email are ok, but not super awesome. Based on all the threads here, I'm confident they are super busy building.

I like this app sufficiently for what it is today - useful and stable. My hope is that they will continue to add more features and keep up with quality documentation when they do.

UPDATE: per some of my commentary and direct emails with the founder, they have been quick to respond to improving the documentation. There still is a slight disconnect regarding some of the terminology as related to specific configuration fields, but at least now users are presented with sufficient instruction to utilize the full feature set of the app. Because of this, I bumped my rating from 4 to 5 tacos.

I purchased a Tier 3 license of GSpeech because I wanted visitors to my blogsite to have the option to listen to my content.

GSpeech was easy enough to set up. It is a great way to extend your reach because it offers many different languages for a global audience to choose from.

I love the ability to look at the analytics GSpeech provided.

I only wish I could move up another tier or two next time GSpeech comes around.
