Made my first GuideJar and it was an intuitive process that my team will be adopting for simple walkthroughs where a Loom video is not quite the right option. I had previously looked at Tango, but didn't want the subscription so this LTD was perfect.

Guidejar rocks! It's a super user-friendly platform for creating interactive demos and guides. You can customize everything, manage steps easily, and engage your audience with various views. Plus, features like call-to-action buttons and SEO optimization are a bonus!

I love how Guidejar helps businesses build a help center in no time, reducing support workload. And you can embed guides anywhere online - how cool is that?

Overall, like Smartcue...Guidejar is a must-have for boosting user experience and conversions.

I don't use Guidejar every day, but when I do, I walk away dumbfounded by how I was able to get this so cheap. I onboard a lot of new writers who aren't up to speed on our CMS, so instead of spending an hour going back and forth on Slack, I record a quick guide and boom: headache and stress-inducing training session averted.

Great support and the guides are getting more versatile and powerful almost every week ...

Simple, fun, and easy to use.

LOVE IT... LOVE IT... LOVE IT! I LOVE EVERYTHING about this software. However, there is ne VERY IMPORTANT component missing.The ONLY thing this is missing, in my humble opinion, is a text block. (WYSIWYG). I would like to add text section between slides which is currently not possible. Well, you can add title text (limited formating and all text is bold) and with a little manipulation, you can include text-only in interactive demo view as described here... ( https://help.guidejar.com/guides/e2d65cfc-f8af-4ba3-b709-2bc99ea83289#da9966ae-7861-42c7-b4dc-3a9e955603f2) but.. The formatting options are extremely limited. For now, I guess I will create images that contain the text I want to add and place those in as steps.

Other than that, this is a spectacular piece of work that I will be using regularly.

Still testing the product. So far, I'm enjoying it's functionality. There are some factors with the branding that I need to get more familiar about.

I have just given it a try and didn't regret my choice ! it's very easy to use and I could build a "how to" guide easily.
Still I didn't explore all of its functionalities but so far so good !

Guidejar makes it really easy to create interactive guides. They are great alternative to videos.

I could not invite additional users (I had Tier 2) or create a Help Center. I had a long discussion with support about that, and they told me I should delete my account and recreate it. I did that, and after that I had even more issues - I could not create a Team and was stuck in the Welcome Screen. Support created the Team manually for me which at least allowed me to log in to the app again, but I still could not invite other users or create a Help Desk. Could be a nice application if it would work. I refunded at this point.

So far I am impressed by this product, however, I have one big annoyance which has to deduct two tacos.. When I invite my team to use this platform the guides they create are not company guides and therefore they continually get presented with "This is a premium-only feature" and the like. Supposedly they have to publish the guide to the company workspace to access the features I paid for. The line from the Guidejar is that the accounts they have made are personal/free accounts, which in my opinion should not be the case. Ultimately I invited them to the platform as a user of my paid account/company account and as such they should not experience this issue. The knock-on effects of such a UX issue could easily be poor adoption internally. If the founders resolve this issue, I am more than willing to take this to be a 5 taco review.

Incredibly helpful for making a tutorial fast and easy when the customer is in a "I-Need-Now-It's-Urgent" state, as I can add adjustments during the editing phase rather than having to re-record the entire process if a step is missed halfway. Awesome!

I love this program, not just for complicated trainings but for those little one/two step explanations. This is one of my most wise and most used AppSumo purchase.

I love how easy this platform is to use.

Just like the title says, so easy to use and send clients. I love that I can embed it into my knowledgebase and organize all my guides. Great product and an even better deal!

Great product, the ability to create a help center is one of the main reasons i purchased, very intuitive. One thing i wish existed was the ability to double click a guide description and update vs clicking the edit icon. Also being able to reorder by maybe clicking a up/down arrow will simplify usage. All in all, great product.
