ACTSolCoursesQ: Can we send cold emails through this?
Does the system have a cold email infrastructure?

We do not have any restrictions on cold email, each client has to follow the rules and regulations of their country's applicable law.
For the EU market, in order to comply with the GDPR, it is relevant that you import your own email lists with potential or existing customers who have previously agreed to receive your emails.
However, the US Can-Spam Act is more lenient and does allow cold emailing as long as you follow certain guidelines (https: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business).
