Gumbamail offers its own sending infrastructure, it is not dependent on Gmail. So, from the deliverability point of view, we use our own domain, servers, and IPs and we can establish how fast emails are sent and existing limitations (per minute, not daily limit, month limit depending on your assigned plan).
You can start sending your campaigns without the necessity of configuring your own domain. Nevertheless, this is recommended as if you add your own domain to your account, we will use your domain as credentials to authenticate your emails in front of email servers.

There is not one available for Streak, but Gumbamail is more focused on the Email Marketing part instead of the CRM, workflows, and business management.
Regarding email tracking, you should keep in mind that Streak works over emails sent through Gmail. Gumbamail works in a different way, sending through its own infrastructure.
