Tengo el mismo problema, me hizo dudar si lo tenía canjeado o no. Y realmente si que estaba activo porque había configurado la dirección de envio y alguna plantilla había creado, desde hace 2 semanas sale un mensaje de error de cuenta bloqueada y en appsumo indica que no he canjeado el código. Me gustaría saber como solucionarlo. En el correo de gumbamail no me han dado una solución, ya me comuniqué con ellos.

Me encantaría poder usar la plataforma. Gracias por tu respuesta :)
