1. Yes, Gumbamail automatically applies a default pre-configured setting to send emails in a “dripped” way. This means that you can send as many emails as you need in a single campaign, as Gumbamail won't send all at the same time (sending them as fast as possible but dripped).
2. Not sure if I completely understood your second question. What do you mean by "email account"? If you mean the sender, you only can use one. If you mean Gumbamail account, you can't share campaigns between different accounts.
