Not a Good Experience
I tried to test out Gumbamail before I purchased it. On my very first test email to just my personal email only, Gumbamail suspended my account stating I had a suspicious link in my test email. Funny but the link was an app sumo vendor link. Anyway to make a long story short I Sent at least 12 email messages and finally after 5 days I received a reply but I was told that the only way they would unlock my account is if I purchase a plan before they would assist me or un-lock my account. I did as they asked and I purchased the tier one plan. I immediately tried to activate my account but was not allowed because my Gumbamail account was still suspended via Gumbamail. I sent a total of 10 more email messages over 5 more days but then never unlocked my account or helped me in any way. I also tried their chat feature 5 times on their website but I never received a reply on that platform either. Poor Customer Service
