A: Hi, not all websites are equal. Some websites attract high-quality traffic, while others bring in unqualified visitors. We specialize in identifying visitors, but sometimes we are blamed for the quality of the leads delivered. However, we can only provide insights based on the existing leads on the website.

Website owners often don't invest enough time in proper SEO or running targeted ads to attract the right ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). This is one of the reasons why we occasionally receive negative feedback.

That said, many people also share very positive feedback about our platform.

Regarding limits for selling workspaces: Yes, you can set limits. You can refer to the limits per website in the settings section of your dashboard.

As for support, we offer chat support at any time. The platform is primarily 'Do It Yourself,' so while we cannot help users set things up, we are available to answer questions and resolve any issues.
