I’m updating my review after re testing Happierleads recently, and the experience this time around has been completely different.
Support responsiveness has improved significantly. Responses are now handled quickly and issues are resolved without long back and forth delays.
Data accuracy has also improved a lot. Company identification and visitor matching are far more reliable than before, and I’m no longer seeing incorrect or random employee data attached to company profiles. IP tracking and enrichment feel meaningfully tighter and more usable for real world B2B workflows.
It’s clear the product has gone through serious rebuilding since the early AppSumo days. What I experienced recently is a far more mature, stable, and usable platform than what I originally reviewed.
Credit where it’s due, the team fixed the core issues, and Happierleads today delivers on what it originally promised.

Regarding data accuracy and IP tracking, it’s important to note that Happierleads identifies the visitors already coming to your website—it doesn’t generate traffic but tracks what’s already there. Many times, users may feel the data is unreliable because the traffic isn’t aligned with their target audience. This often points to a need for optimizing SEO strategies or running more targeted ads to attract the right visitors. Have you reviewed these areas to ensure you’re driving the audience you need?
As for company profile data errors, this is a challenge faced by all major data providers. While we work hard to maintain accuracy, occasional mismatches can happen. If it’s once in 100 results, it’s within industry norms, but if you’re seeing this more frequently, we’d definitely want to investigate further.
