Terrible experience
After a few weeks of proper functioning, the platform started to malfunction. The lead engagement section presents major issues, the configuration process is cumbersome, and there are numerous bugs that support has been unable to resolve. After independently fixing several of these bugs and managing to configure the email system, I discovered that emails to leads still don’t work.
I’ve submitted multiple reports to support — which is practically nonexistent — but have received no response.
To make matters worse, the data now appears to be fabricated: in the visitor list, I find numerous leads from foreign companies but none from Italian ones...even though all the traffic statistics indicate visits coming from Italy!
