Unfinished Product, Unhelpful and unresponsive Support
Happierleads collects visitor data from your site.
But you can't export ALL of the data to your Marketing Stack. You cannot see all of the data in the Identify window. For example, 'Technology.'
There are gaps in the documentation, such as for the 'Integration Website Lead.'
Their support is unresponsive and defensive.
I had this for two weeks; it's been painful.

The user requested from us to prioritise to develop something for them without understanding that we have thousands of other users requesting for features and that we internally as a team have to prioritise the features. The feature they wanted to prioritise is a very minor in terms of other things we have in our lists. They also mentioned that it took us 2 days to reply back to their email and I explained to the customer that there is no SLA in how quickly we have to respond. In busy periods we have to respond slower.
For the documentation 'Integration Website Lead' I'm not even sure what that means probably you are searching in the wrong way. We have documentation that mention how to integrate to other platforms....
Very unreasonable and demanding requests from this specific user. We are trying to help all our users and we have built a very good reputation, our users love our support.
