Very disappointed
We installed HappierLeads on our website to test visitor identification and tracking capabilities. During testing, we verified visitor sessions using URL IDs alongside our live chat system (Zopim), and while the session IDs matched, the actual visitor/company data was often inaccurate.
In one verified case, a visitor submitted a form with their real business details, but the information shown inside HappierLeads was completely different. After checking multiple sessions, we noticed several cases of incorrect company attribution and misleading visitor data.
What became even more concerning was the security behavior after installing the tracking script. When opening our own website in an incognito browser, AVG antivirus immediately blocked a HappierLeads-related tracking URL (page-visits-full.revealid.xyz) and flagged it under “URL:Blacklist” as a dangerous webpage.
This warning only started appearing after the HappierLeads script was installed.
For a visitor intelligence platform, both data accuracy and trust/security are extremely important. Unfortunately, based on our testing experience, we could not rely on the accuracy of the data or feel comfortable with the security warnings being triggered on our website.
The concept is interesting, but the implementation needs significant improvement.

May 10, 2026Hey,
Could you please send me a message at [email protected]? I’m the founder, and I would personally like to take a closer look into this.
If possible, could you also include some additional details and examples? I’d really appreciate the time spent putting everything together, and I’m happy to compensate you for your effort to send me this info as I want to investigate this properly myself. Please reach out.
Thank you.
