Q: I cannot believe this company has the poor support capabilities it does.

No support desk? I have submitted an email telling them their password reset function doesn't work, then tried chat. Of course no one is monitoring chat during regular business hours either. How the heck are we supposed to reach this company for help? You'd think for the money they charge they would have a fully staffed support team. Even purchasing through appsumo the cost should justify some support.
