I cannot believe this company has the poor support capabilities it does. No support desk? I have submitted an email telling them their password reset function doesn't work, then tried chat. Of course no one is monitoring chat during regular business hours either. How the heck are we supposed to reach this company for help? Quick question (before the deal is over...): If I sell image (quotes etc) content packages in certain niches, will your software/ service also remove those links or send out warning to those who use them illegally, so those are taken down? For instance copyright images that are posted by someone or a company to their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages? Thanks!
