It seems like a lot, but it's not much
The catalog seems extensive, but: 1) the authors are minor, the "big names" are missing; 2) the texts in Italian are few. 3) the summaries, and especially the books themselves, often lead nowhere. That is, they don't enrich you, they don't provide useful tools

There are bugs
at times, it doesnt play the title...and only two voice options..no other options...it sounds very monotouns.

Long time headway subscriber— disappointed in new pricing tiers
As the title suggests, I’m a long time subscriber to headway and was very excited to see a lifetime model for their summaries. This tier was better than the 19.99/yr model I had previously.
However, just this week I found they have implemented a new tier system which completely blocked me from a summary I was IN THE MIDDLE OF READING prompting me to upgrade with another one time payment.
I lost my streak in the confusion of why it was asking me to do another “lifetime payment” when I had just set up the appsumo purchase and was mid book when this happened. I ended up finding a new book and that one worked, which made me realize the max thing was something different.
I now see many of their “best” books are behind this new paywall. It’s sad because I’ve been with them for a while and was recommending their services to a lot of people.
Now? I want to look and see if my appsumo deal is still within 60 days because I don’t want to play this game of access or not? 😂
Headway was a great way to learn high level concepts, but I am disappointed the appsumo community got their lifetime access right before a lot of their content gets pulled away for another fee.
