Sorry you had that experience. Hedy typically works well in Norwegian, so if you were getting gibberish across multiple devices and models, something sounds off and I’d really like to understand what happened.

If you’re open to it, please email me directly at [email protected] with the devices you tested, which speech models you tried, and roughly what the audio/meeting setup was like. Even though you refunded, I’d appreciate the chance to investigate because this isn’t the Norwegian experience we usually see.
