I like it but it is not good for what I need it for.
When I tried to use this in my meetings, I have to interact with it the whole time. I do not want to look at my phone, that would look bad. I want to tell it what I want and to have it offer insights without me having to type things in or hit some buttons. Also, it randomly shuts down for me, so I can't trust it.
Anyway, it is good but the fact that I have to interact with the app, instead of just get it to do what I ask, is a huge downside.

Mar 10, 2025Thanks for the feedback! We are hoping to be able to add realtime feedback/alerts later this year, as technology advances make that possible. For example, you might be able to get realtime feedback from Hedy during a conversation delivered to your smart watch, and eventually to your smart glasses. We're just at the beginning of our journey... you are not going to regret being early on Hedy!
At this point, you can already also interact with Hedy from a browser, which is useful if you are already looking at a laptop screen during a meetings. The upcoming desktop app will make that even easier.
And I'm sorry to hear you've have random shutdowns. Might I assume you are an Android user and Hedy was terminated while the app was in the background? That's a know issue with the newer Android versions and something we are actively trying to solve. Best to keep the screen on and Hedy in the foreground for now. Thank you for your patience!
