Installed it with no glitches or drama ( and I hate computers). I also hate typing and listening to meetings .. Have it running in the background of anything you are attending to get used to it. It will serve you well after the meetings are over too. You will come to realise it is a Godsend! I get it to do all kinds of things now to prep me for other stages of my work flow. Its is intuitive . When I have it on spiritual counselling sometimes the things I require takes quite some time to be completed by the host who talks slower and longer. I made the error of asking it to do the same request in business meeting mode and it admitted it was better for me to switch to spiritual... ( i didn't know it noticed the difference ). It is reliable with its transcribing too and if I wanted I could get it to identifiy speakers....................... Unsure if it can translate but that would be another gem.
