I've used Letterly (An alternative app) before, and in comparison, it's terrible. The limit is 15 minutes, and there aren't many options for transforming transcripts. Unfortunately, I can't get a refund for Letterly, but I found myself hardly using it because of the time limit and other restrictions.

A couple of times during meetings, it froze and couldn't provide answers or points on the spot. However, the transcripts post-meeting had no issues at all. I also tried it in Spanish, in addition to English, and encountered some errors.

Overall, it's a great app, and I hope the developers can fix some of the issues and build upon it so it doesn’t become another dead app like Letterly, which people use initially but then stop using in their toolkit.

Update: A long time using now; still experience the same freezing issues, times where it records and the transcription is off and not correct. Disappointing not seeing improvements after 2 months using apart from audio being able to save.
