What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?

Before Heffl, we built a Shopify app and an online store builder tool — both are still live today. Those projects taught us a lot about building products, solving real business problems, and most importantly, how tough it is to market and scale software. Every success and failure from those days shaped how we approach Heffl now: focused, simple, and built with the end-user in mind.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

The idea for Heffl started close to home — a relative in Dubai was struggling to manage their business. We built an initial solution just for them, but as we studied the market, it became clear that many businesses faced the same challenges. That’s when we realized the opportunity: a user-friendly, mobile-first, all-in-one suite that helps businesses run smarter. We’re passionate because it was born from real pain points, and we’ve seen firsthand the difference it can make.

What problem is your product solving and how?

Most small businesses use 4–5 different tools for CRM, projects, and finances — wasting time switching between them and losing important data along the way. Heffl solves this by bringing everything together in one clean platform: leads turn into deals, deals turn into projects, and proposals turn into invoices — all connected. What sets us apart is our simplicity and speed. Heffl is mobile-first, user-friendly, and built to be adopted quickly by teams that don’t want bloated enterprise software.
