Could you please advise RE: client portal/using Heffl for monthly retainers:

1)Client portal
a)Can I enable the same client portal for multiple clients of the same company?
b)To add 'monthly work content' to the client portal - instead of pdfs - can we create RTF 'monthly work notes' or native Heffl 'docs' so the client can see them in the portal? I don't really need anything above the ability to add images and format text.
c)Do a clients (or company's) past 'purchases' show in the portal?

2)Monthly retainers
I'd like a client to be able to 'order' one or more 'products' (marketing services) up to the value of their retainer each month. Are any of the following possible:
a)A coupon code so they can 'checkout' for 'free' for the retainer amount?
b) 'Private product bundles' they can 'checkout' for free?
c)Other suggestions?
