Q: Multiple businesses
With multiple workspaces, each dedicated to a specific business, is it possible for my employees and/or collaborators to access only the workspace relevant to them, while keeping the other businesses private and confidential?
Or would this require purchasing multiple separate deals, each registered with a different email address?

Jun 10, 2026A: Each workspace is completely separate — data from one workspace is not visible to members of another. So your different businesses are kept private and confidential from each other by default.
When inviting team members, you simply invite them to the specific workspace(s) they need access to. If someone needs access to more than one workspace, they can use the same login and switch between workspaces — but they'll only ever see the ones they've been invited to.
On top of that, within each workspace you can also control exactly what each person sees using Permission Sets — for example, restricting a member to only the CRM, Projects, or Field Service module.
So in short:
