Hi, I have a dog school and a cattery of Turkish Angoras and still haven't found the right platform for crm, projects and finances...they are all too much. I don't mind many functions, as long as I can "hide" the ones I'm not using. Would that be possible with Heffls? Do you think your software could be useful even for such small businesses? Can i have field service software currently 2 people working, also can we use Ai voice log in any of the tiers?? FInal question is regarding the storage as We take a lot of images during, repairs, what happens if we run out of the storage, can we download the images, and then start fresh by deleting the storage ??? Can we use this as agencies to implement separate CRMs for our clients' independent businesses? As a separate CRM system for each of these businesses? ▪ How would it work? ▪ What are the benefits? ▪ What are the limitations? Could I, as an agency, manage CRM systems for my clients? And thus implement CRM for them and provide support? 🤔
I started using the tier 2 option and noticed field service is stuck behind a tier 4 upgrade paywall. I went back to the description of plans and there is no mention of this anywhere. I assumed I was getting the full product outside of multi currency.
